Question: what to do with radishes


Answer: toast an old hamburger bun, spread with cream cheese, add sliced radishes and salt...voila! It was a snack with dinner, and I'm having it for lunch again tomorrow.
The radishes from the farm are getting bigger...

I consider myself a "foodie" but am embarrassed to say I just ate my first radish last week and loved it. Your sandwich looks great! Our CSA starts in 2 weeks and I know radishes are on the list! I'm so trying this!
