My birthday cake
I celebrated a birthday this week, and my spouse made me this cake. The recipe was in this month's Sunset magazine, and it is delicious! Yummy yummy, but with 2 sticks of butter, how can it be bad? Buttery Lemon Raspberry cake. I am not a baker, but I will enjoy the fruits of my husband's labor.

Happy Birthday!! Wowza, that looks amazing. My grandma made the best zucchini recipe - it wasn't until she passed away that I found out she put a stick of butter AND a cup of vegetable oil in the mix - no wonder it was so moist!

Yes, I have joined the 42 club. I am enjoying having some time off. I am still working a couple of hours a day from home, cleaning out my inbox, but otherwise relaxing!
