Eating quinoa feels good in my stomach. I don't know why I haven't made it a staple in my life. Thanks again for mentioning Eat to Live in another post. I bought the book on Amazon for like five bucks and am getting inspired to change my eating. )Basically eat more vegetables.)

Glad you like the book. I have to admit, when I made the effort to eat more greens, fruits, and raw nuts, my skin cleared right up.
