I have to say the good thing about being on Weight Watchers again (bad thing being the hunger from 5 to 6 pm) is that I am eating 10-12 servings of fruits and veggies a day, up from my normal 7-8. Well, that and I've lost 4 lbs. Just 3 more to go.

Go you chica! 4 pounds is awesome! Try drinking a cup of tea between 5 and 6...the hot water always fills my belly up and temporarily makes me think I'm full.

Gu and toast...totally laughed at that one. It's been so long since I've had Gu...almost made me miss it. Almost. But not quite. My favorite is the vanilla flavor!

Yeah, you know...I didn't want to eat too much before my run, so the Gu, and toast when I got back.

I will try the tea trick.

Running is going well, I ran 10 miles yesterday and broke a 10:00 mile for the first time at that distance. I felt like throwing up for the last 2.5 miles though.
