Plate shots

Child's dinner last night (he ate ALLL of it):

strawberries, avocado, chickpeas and rice, steamed beets, hummus.


Mom's post 10-mile run snack



whole wheat tortilla, melted cheddar, small avocado, salsa, and a bit of light sour cream. And some strawberries.
