My diet has been crap for awhile. At least, not as good as it could be. Today I did better and FELT better. Clearer head, more energy.
Breakfast: homemade bread, almond butter on half, smoked salmon and cream cheese on other half
Snack: banana
Lunch: baked beans with sauteed chard; sliced fresh cucumber, tomato, avocado "salad"; a peach
Snack: a plum
Dinner: will be pasta with marinara, homemade meatballs, fresh green beans, and carrot sticks
Finally lots of veggies back...

No dwelling on the past! Time to move forward and make good decisions from here on out. Your menu sounds perfect.
Veggies make the world go round!! I feel so much better when I don't drink ANY alcohol and eat LOTS of veggies :-) Glad you are back on track!!
