1.2 pounds

If I'd followed the book exactly (i.e., if I'd had 8 hours a day to devote to cooking and exercise), I *could* have lost 4 to 10 pounds in 2 weeks, according to the book.

Ah well,  1.2 is better than zero!  I'll take it.

While I love Biggest Loser, most regular people are lucky enough to squeeze in 45 minutes of exercise in a regular work day - no fair!
