Well, that's how we did last year. Quite a bit more than the year before, even though the kids get free lunch. I'm cooking less (I work late, so husband cooks). I added a second produce box, which is cheaper than price checking the stores. I gained 13 pounds last year too, so...some of it muscle (I started weight training), some of it not.
The kids are getting bigger and eating more. I had another full year of eating gluten free (since September 2017).
And...well that's all I have to say about that. We are still under 2014, so whee!
Tonight I'm making this.
I haven't roasted a chicken in YEARS. I'm trying to feel the JOY of cooking.

The boys are getting so big!! I think you did amazing with your grocery shopping considering how big the boys are getting.
