149.2

Just a quick update, since I started the 21-day fix (modified for my own lifestyle), I have dropped almost 9 pounds.


My weight last weigh in was 149.2.  On December 27, it was 168, so I've lost almost NINETEEN POUNDS.


Only 15 more to go. ;)

Awesome! Keep it up! With the weather being nicer it's a little easier to get outside and walk/exercise.

Weather can make a huge difference. Of course, I live in So Cal, and we are in a drought, so I haven't had a weather excuse in a very long time. It's only rained once this year.
