It is so very true. <br /><br />I do like the occasional frozen veggie burger or takeout burrito, too. What I really liked about the Cook For Good method is that it's methodical. I switched from part time to full time work a few months ago (adding 10 work hours per week). I have just purchased the Cooking for Good ebooks, on your recommendation. they look great.<br />It's comforting to know there are actually people out there who have a handle on cooking healthily on a budget. Where I work (a call center for a travel service) people rely on cheap frozen meals or expensive take-out - Americans seem to have lost our cooking and meal planning skills!
